For those comfortable with their experience in selling a home, we also offer you the ability to save thousands of dollars in commissions by using our Basic Listing Service - charging a flat fee to list your property - allowing you to do some of the work yourself; taking advantage of the available technology. Basic Listing Service - Lowest alternative is $350 plus 1/2 of 1% (.005) of sale price

For a flat fee, we can help you sell your home on your own by listing it in the MLS. Starting at an additional fee of 1/2 of 1% (.005) and the agreed upon coop fee (typically 2 - 2.5%) will be due us at closing if a cooperating broker procures a buyer. Please review your needs with us to determine if this is the correct option for you. Not only will your listings be available for realtors to view, but it will also appear in the following sites that the general public can view:
